  • Laserdiscs (oversized disc) are not compatible to the machine we own.

  • Most repairs only take minutes, but some do require more work.

Our machine is amazing. However, it can’t perform miracles and some discs just can’t be brought back from the dead.

  • Very deep scratches.
  • Layer separation, cracks or splits in the disc.
  • Pinhole, scratches or foil damage on label side disc 
  • Disc rot, water, heat, warping, dents or chips on the disc
  • Blu-ray, Wii u, Xbox one, PS5, PS4, PS3 repairs on these formats are harder to do as the data on the disc lies closer to the surface deep scratches are unlikely to be successfully removed.
How does it work?
  • Purchase the Repair Service and the number of disc you need serviced. Volume discounts apply.

    We suggest sending via Australia Post with tracking and pay for insurance if required. It is your responsibility to cover the postage cost to us and package well to make sure your discs arrive to us safely. We recommend sending the DISCS ONLY packaged in a soft disc case, spindle case, paper sleeve or tightly wrapped in bubble wrap then place in a small box. DO NOT SEND IN JEWEL CASE or Game/DVD case, damage is likely to occur. 
  • ⏎ Once received, we will perform our magic and then return the order to you using Australia Post with tracking number for your peace of mind. This will usually take 7 - 10 business days after we receive the discs. We will keep you updated along the process. The return postage is included in the purchase price of this listing.

More important information:

  • Whilst every effort is made to repair and fix discs we cannot guarantee it to be successful on every disc and purchasing this service requires you to accept the chance this may not be successful and it's the chance you take.
  • There is always limitations to the repair of Bluray, Wii U, Xbox One, PS5, PS4, PS3. Repairs on these formats are harder to do as the data on the disc lies so much closer to the surface. Deep scratched are unlikely to be removed and the data is probably already lost.
