Return, Exchange or Refund Policy

All our pre-owned games carry our 30 day warranty, so you can buy with confidence!

Need to return your purchase to Retro Mick?
You must obtain prior approval from us before returning any product by contacting our customer service team HERE. All accessories, manuals etc. come with the product must be included in your return. Please pack properly to avoid any physical damage to the product. The Warranty will not be honoured if the product is not properly packed and it arrived with physical damage due to transport. Once packed, send the product to Retro Mick (address will be provided with approval) with transportation charges paid. We recommend returning your items with Tracking to ensure we receive the items, if the items are sent regular mail and we don't receive no refund will be provided.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.

Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Retro Mick liability to buyer ever exceed the original purchase price of the product's covered by this document.

Change of Mind
Retro Mick will not accept the return of any item based on a change of mind. Please choose your item(s) carefully and make sure you know what exactly it is that you are purchasing.

Gift Cards
Gift cards cannot be refunded, exchanged or returned.
